Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum spend?
The minimum spend for the Entire Upstairs depends on the day of the week, and timing of your function. The minimum spend always includes both food and beverage, and must be met fully by the function organiser. Purchases made by guests do not contribute to the minimum spend.
Fri Night: $3000 ($4000 in December)
Sat Night: $4000 ($5000 in December)
Sun-Thurs Night: $2500 ($3000 in December)
Day Time Events: Determined on a case by case basis.
How many people can I have?
Up to 110 people.
Timings for funcitons?
5pm – 1am
Alternative timings / earlier start times can be arranged upon request.
Can I have a bar tab?
Yes! You can choose to have either a bar tab or all inclusive beverage package. This it totally up to you and can be arranged when we are planning your function.
Can I decorate?
Yes you may – we do ask that nothing is stuck to a painted surface, no open flames or candles (birthday candles ok), and no confetti or glitter please.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes – The Blacksmith staff can cut and serve the cake free of charge.
Is there a smoking area?
There is no smoking area upstairs, however smoking is permitted on the ground floor at the front of the venue.
When can I view the space?
The space can be viewed via appointment, Monday to Friday. We can arrange an after-hours or weekend viewing if required. To book a time to view this space, please contact our office on 0448 006 006 or email hello@pratthg.com.
